What Makes Re-New You Unique?

My heart in sharing the Re-New You Program is to help women approach their health in a whole new way. First of all, I want you to know that this is NOT a one-size-fits-all approach. This is NOT just another calorie counting, restrictive diet or trendy new workout program. You are completely unique in who you are - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. In order to set you on the path to sustainable change and transformation, we will address all four of these areas in an integrated way. I will walk you step-by-step through the a gentle detoxification process, and then guide you to discover what truly works for you in the areas of diet, physical activity, and self-care, creating a fully customized plan that matches up with your specific goals and needs. 

 

My second intention with the Re-New You Program is to provide you with everything you need in order to implement the strategies we will be using. Getting and staying on track should be as simple as possible, and you shouldn't have to waste hours of your precious time trying to track down the supplies you need from a dozen different places.

 

Lastly, my aim is to support you with love and encouragement, but also with a steadfast, hold-your-feet-to-the-fire kind of accountability. Amazing things are possible when you learn to truly love and respect yourself enough to listen to your body's signals and follow through on tending to your needs. When your cup is full, you are able to be more fully present and care for those around you with energy and joy. Each and every one of us has been blessed with the gift of one precious life and one precious body to live it out in. So let's do this. Let's begin the journey to Re-New You.
